Falling Back In

I'm falling back in
without apology
or explanation
without promises
or expectations
of for how long
or how often
without feeling the need to begin again
or do any better
I'm
completely
imperfectly
falling back in.

Oh these words are just the ones I needed to see. I've been feeling all kinds of guilt for not *keeping up*.
It's not supposed to be about guilt, is it? There is only love here!

Love you!
xoxo

And, quite honestly, that is the best way to do it...no expectations, ride it like the wind. When it feels right, do it and when it does not, spend your time doing what enriches you. xoxo
